OrvexPay provides a cryptocurrency payment gateway infrastructure that allows merchants to accept payments in various digital assets. We act as a technical service provider and do not take custody of your funds at any point during the transaction process.

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Promptly update your account information if any changes occur.
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account data.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or the purchase/sale of illegal goods or services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrvexPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
